Inspection Management

Inspection Management is done on every job that Capital is a part of and offers the services of Capital’s office personnel (inspectors ourselves), combined with field inspectors qualified through experience and certification. The initial project starts off with specification and scope of work review by our in-house team. An inspector is handpicked per assignment depending on how their qualifications match up with the job. Our in-house personnel then step in to perform DIR management, daily oversite, field close-out review, and creation of final close-out reports along with binders. Capital’s in-house quality control of daily field reports including job trackers, cost trackers, and final reporting assures our client’s job will be completed with confidence and in accordance with specification to protect the asset.
